This is the digital library of menus from the Exposition Universelle des Vins et Spiritueux collection. The goal of this project is to bring EUVS founder Paul Ricard's wish to create a "permanent encyclopaedia" of the beverage industry into the 21st century by making these materials digitally available to a broad international audience.
