Very rich and aromatic, it ages remarkably.

Goumenissa and Amynteon are xynomavro assemblages of grape varieties and negosca.

The appellation Coasts of Meliton is planted in white indigènes grape varieties (athiri, assyrtiko and rhoditis) as well as Greek red grape varieties (limnio) and French (Cabernet).
