Appellations Valpolicella in concentrated red wines and in chocolate-flavoured tastes (especially in "Recioto della Valpolicella Amarone") and Bardolino, lighter (even in version "Superiore"), are remarkable.
In white, the Recioto di Soave (existent of dried grapes) is rich and sweet and have to be differentiated by some dry white wines of Soave.
